Any believer in Christ who desires to learn more about the dimensions of prayer, intercession, spiritual warfare, walking with God, living a victorious life by faith, and becoming equipped to serve with excellence in ministry is welcome at PAU. Whether you have just graduated from high school, or you only want to further your Christian knowledge, we have a place for you
If there is a stirring and desire inside of you to attend, PAU can help you to recognize if it’s a call to ministry or a call to a deeper relationship with an understanding of God. Feel free to ask current PAU staff and faculty, for their testimonies which we believe will encourage your decision.
NOW! PAU allows an “open enrollment” and regular classes start at PAU April 11, 2019. Staff can answer your open enrollment questions if you are unable to begin your studies at PAU at the beginning of each school year. This year’s open house is April 4, 2019.
We highly recommend that you take all of the courses since PAU courses are taught systematically, to give the students a solid foundation, so that they can receive the most spiritually and academically from the program. However, those who choose to take individual courses only receive a certificate of completion and are not eligible for Degree certification.
PAU offers one day a week, online courses for outstate students ONLY via webinar on a first come first serve basis. Please contact our admission office at (888) 320-5622.
Minimal homework assignments, take-home tests are required in addition to required Bible reading, and recommended books. Occasional essays are required at times usually involving your thoughts or testimony, not academics. They are graded pass/fail, based on assignment completion.
Students attend a 2-hour class one day a week. Please expect to put aside additional time for reading, homework assignments, and take-home assessments.
PAU is a one-year and half program comprised of 24 credit hours. An additional year is also now available for those students who want to continue into an internship.
A semester lasts eight weeks, and classes take place on Thursdays from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM on location, and Tuesday 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST for online students via webinar.
Students may register up until April 11, 2019, for the Spring Semester.
Classes are only eight weeks; therefore, we recommend that students commit to attending class each week. In cases of an emergency, a student may appeal to the PAU board of advisors.
PAU assumes learning desirable at any age, and that higher learning degrees be made available to people of all ages.
We believe that we, as the body of Christ, are the “church” however, PAU recommends that you attend church and worship services regularly and serve in a local congregation. If you are not currently serving, we hope is that you are motivated to serve as a result of attending PAU.

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, Ephesians 4:12. By definition ministers are merely servants. Our definition of ministry is “the faithful service of God’s people rendered unto God and others on His behalf to bring Him glory, build up His church, and reach out to His world.”
PAU ascribes to the model of Jesus with His disciples. Jesus took fishers of the sea and transformed them into fishers of men, and tax collectors into collectors of men’s souls. The same men who deserted Jesus in His darkest hour fortified the church and advanced His Kingdom in POWER.
When you leave PAU, you will be qualified to DO the work of the ministry with the demonstration of POWER. Whether in leadership, administration in the local church, the global mission field, market place, or in the five-fold ministry, PAU’s goal is to sharpen your spiritual skill set and improve your serve. You lead by serving.
The cost is $510 per semester. We are committed to making PAU affordable.
